🔓 Vault Heist Puzzle

Drop a bank vault straight out of a heist film into your RPG Maker MZ game. A big round vault door, a rotating combination dial, and eight locking bolts — the player turns the dial to enter the combination in order. Crack it and the bolts retract and the vault swings open. Blow too many attempts and the alarm trips.

Everything is drawn at runtime, so there are no images or sounds to import. Add one plugin command and branch on the result. That's it.

✨ Features

• Authentic safe-cracking dial — turn left/right, jump by ten, lock in each number.
• Retracting bolts + "VAULT OPEN" payoff, plus a red alarm fail sequence.
• Two puzzle styles:
  • Clue mode — hide the combination in your world for a find-the-code puzzle.
  • Hot/cold mode — a proximity "signal" meter guides the player, no clue needed.
• Per-vault setup — combination, dial size, allowed mistakes and result switches are all set in the plugin command, so every vault can differ.
• Fully themeable — recolor the door, dial, numbers, pointer and accents; rename the bank on screen; swap or silence every sound effect.
• Keyboard, gamepad and touch supported out of the box.
• No dependencies — works on a fresh MZ project and plays nice with other plugins.

⚙️ How it works

1. Put VaultHeistPuzzle.js in js/plugins/ and enable it.
2. On your vault event: Plugin Command → Crack The Vault (set the combination + switches).
3. Branch on the Success / Fail switch to run your outcome — loot, guards, alarms, whatever your heist needs.
